Development History

2010-2016

Foundation & Growth

Established in 20010, MOTEK began as a specialized manufacturer of injection molds for household items and simple logistics containers. We built our core design and manufacturing capabilities during this period, completing our first export order for pallet molds to Southeast Asia in 2010. The team grew from 8 to 50 members, laying the groundwork for future expansion.

2015-2019

Specialization & Expansion

We strategically focused on the logistics equipment and industrial packaging mold segment. Investments were made in advanced machinery, including German DMG MORI 5-axis CNC centers and Swiss AGIE Charmilles EDM equipment.

We obtained High-Tech Enterprise certification in 2017 and developed proprietary energy-saving mold systems. A dedicated blow molding production line was established in 2019 through technical collaboration with Japanese experts, successfully serving European and North American clients in sustainable packaging.

2020-2023

Lean Enhancement & Digitalization

Entering our current phase, we implemented a digital factory transformation featuring MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and mold lifecycle management software. Achieving IATF 16949 certification in 2022 allowed us to supply precision molds to the automotive industry chain.

In 2023, we founded a Mold Material Research Center dedicated to lightweight mold technology. Today, with 25 patented technologies, MOTEK serves clients across 15 countries and has established itself as a professional supplier in the medium-scale precision mold sector.
