The surface hardness can reach HV900 or higher, ensuring excellent wear resistance under high-pressure sliding conditions -10.

For applications requiring reduced maintenance, we offer self-lubricating slide plates featuring graphite inserts embedded in a copper alloy matrix -3-4-7. During sliding motion, graphite particles transfer to the friction surface, forming a stable solid lubricating film that prevents direct metal-to-metal contact and adhesive wear -4-7. This design is ideal for applications with limited lubrication access or high-temperature environments.
