The inner bore of each sprue bushing is precision ground and mirror-polished to achieve a surface roughness of Ra0.4μm or lower. The smooth flow channel surface effectively reduces melt flow resistance, prevents material stagnation and decomposition, ensuring rapid color changes and stable molding. The R-arc transition design minimizes shear stress and preserves plastic properties.
Accurate Fit, No Leakage
We strictly control the fit precision between the sprue bushing spherical radius and the injection machine nozzle to ensure tight contact, preventing material leakage during high-pressure injection. The concentricity between the locating ring and sprue bushing is also precisely calibrated to guarantee accurate alignment after installation, avoiding eccentric wear.
